Basic Charges are:
- Parts plus 5%
- Repairs $50 per hour, minimum 1.5 hours, or by bid. Painting services $40 per hour or by bid for large areas
- Lead Base Test $120, if positive we can certify your workers and/or do the follow-up inspection and perform the work.
- Emergency and after hours $75 per hour
- No trip Charges unless over 30 miles from Orange Park office
- Cleaning Charges; $40 for wipe down of small apartments 700 sq ft or smaller
- Full Clean ranges from $100 to $300 according to size and condition
- Full Cleans include, stove pans, vents, appliances, light bulbs, floors, counters, walls, fixtures, cabinets, drawers etc.
